I have submitted an updated version to CPP Final Editorial Review section.
Please take a look and let me know if you would like further revisions.
I left the original "Introduction to new .deb and .rpm builds" top in the
Idea Hopper, but since my article is intended to cover that topic, we
should probably remove that placeholder - which I will do, pending
acceptance of my article.
