Overview of this unit test
I took a look at the reference files and think i have an understanding of
what i should be writing for bn_complex unit test. I write a program to
correctly test the functions of complex.c, in this case a complex division
and complex square root function, that takes command line values given from
the cmakelists file in the tests directory. The complex functions contain
error checking initially so simply calling the functions with the
appropriate values in main should suffice as a unit test for the program.
