I'm not understanding your question. What section of the tutorial, what
parapgraph or sentence are you referring to? There is no translate command.
The obj-g command is external to mged and creates a .g file that mged will
read. If that's not clear in the tutorial, you should help make it clear
since that's what this task involves.
