I knew I was close. I was doing exactly that, overwriting the values in
ma_color, but I guess it was too early in the process since I had put it in
main. It works well now that the overwriting happens in view_setup(). You
can use the option with "-m" followed by rgb values formatted in the same
way as the -C option. Let me know if anything should be tweaked.
