Hey Devin,
You can either provide set of images showing a responsive design in 3 form
factors (mobile, desktop and tablet) or you can create one responsive
html/css/js mockup. No, you don't need to add contributors from all those
pages, just add any of the 10-12 contributors from anywhere. If you can do
it from Authors file http://brlcad.org/xref/source/AUTHORS that would be
great, but we don't have images for them. We just want design that we can
later incorporate in our wordpress theme, it needs not to be 100% correct
with regard to content.
