Hey yash, you are going good, just some few things I could suggest to make
it better.
Try having a light background, the darker version was already done in
previous year GCI. And the space between BRL-CAD and tagline at top is very
less, give some space there. In logo section where you said that 3d version
is available but didn't add 3d version in design, so try to use the some
proper 3d version of logo from wiki page that can blend in your design.
Also maintain consistent line height of 1.5 in content.
