First of all you should upload the editable format as well (xcf, psd etc)
I suggest you check out some other design tasks for inspiration, but here
are some suggestions:
-the background it too powerfully colored, it would make text difficult to
write on it.
-you should use our exact logo, rather than just it's resemblance(form, 3
circles)
-the name is BRL-CAD, not BRLCAD
I like that your approach is minimal, goodluck on improving it!
