Images are still the focus of your design. As Sean mentioned, most of the
contributors won't even want to have an image. I suggest you pinpoint their
name, maybe a short description and contact information instead of
displaying their photo. Or you could keep the photos, but make sure to make
them smaller and have the name and description there as well.
