You can find a set of logos here: http://brlcad.org/wiki/Logo . As a rule
of thumb, you should use a color scheme that contains the colors from the
logo or go well with them. You can use online tools such as
http://www.colourlovers.com/palettes/search?query=red+black to find
palettes that go well together with BRL-CAD's colors.
Other than that, you have absolute creative freedom. If you include images,
make sure they're free images for commercial business use which means
they're available under a Creative Commons (CC) license or are royalty-free.
