Engelo, you're on the right track but I think there are few more details
that would go a long way:
BRL-CAD is missing the dash in the "Powered by ..." tagline
there is a lot of unused space in the upper part; either center vertically
everything or resize it cutting out some of that space
have the moose as big as the text, but not larger than both the "MOOSE" and
the "Powered by ..." tagline
be creative with the "MOOSE" text and try something else than stretching it
vertically, it's seems a bit too much
