Zenon, this looks interesting! Can you explain your design a bit in more
detail? Some questions come to mind like what toggling mged mode is
supposed to mean, what the command you wrote in the command window is
supposed to have done, and why labels and icons are mixed on the second row.
Is the Console bar at the bottom supposed to be an input field or simply
reflect status? It visually matches the Help input and V1/V2 text input
fields, but seems like it's supposed to be read-only reflecting status. If
that's true, it should change to not look like the others.
