strtok behavior patch
I've added a patch that reads in a line of input at the beginning and uses
more strtok()-like behavior in reading delimiter chars
(-strtok-behavior.patch). Since I wasn't entirely sure what you meant
by "read input from stdin at the beginning", I just read in a whole line,
which seems like it should work for all the current use cases in the code
to me.
