First you should try a current version of g-dxf:
http://brlcad.org/~rossberg/g-dxf_7.16.2_win32.zip
If this won't work it would be good to get an example geometry.
However, you should know that the conversion of BRL-CAD geometries to
boundary representations is still under construction.
