I have a solidworks model that I would like to convert into a solid model in
BRL-CAD. Is there a direct conversion from solidworks to BRL-CAD, if not
what format should I export my Solidworks model to (catia, acis, parasoild,
iges, etc.). Please tell me which format is best to export to which would
make these solids (NURBS?) that will contain an editable solid module that
is not a BOT or facetized.

I am using Windows XP and BRL-CAD 7.18.0
