I don't really understand how to do it. Would you give a guidance?
Move the definitions of the Chinese charaters out into a subtable, e.g.
zh-tw-chinese.cti, and then include that subtable from the main one (just like
you already do for nabcc).
What's the difference of .ctb and .cti?
What'll happen if someone include the .ctb directly?
