Hi, I was hoping it would be possible to use the TalkBack keyboard commands from a braille display. In order to do so, one would for example need to be able to send alt+spacebar (for the global context menu) from a braille display. Functionality like this could also be helpful when trying to use the Chrome browser to navigate the web.
What I tried was space+dot2+dot8 to force the next character to be treated as an ALT character, followed by space+dot3, to force alt+cursor left. However this is interpreted as just cursor left, so the alt part seems to be completely ignored. I think this behavior is seen on other control characters as well (e.g. shift or control). With kind regards, Henk. _______________________________________________ This message was sent via the BRLTTY mailing list.
