Hello Dave,
-----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: BRLTTY <[email protected]> Namens Dave Mielke Verzonden: vrijdag 14 augustus 2020 20:52 Aan: Informal discussion between users and developers of BRLTTY. <[email protected]> Onderwerp: Re: [BRLTTY] focussing difference when using TalkBack with- and without brltty >TalkBack has some form of smart focusing, which means that if you visit >a screen you visited recently, focus will return to the place where it >was when you last visited the screen. can you give me an example that I might be able to relatively easily reproduce? This app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.nos.app Is the best example I can think off. It presents a front page that has two headline articles, then two unlabeled buttons, followed by a list of about 30 articles. If you only have TalkBack enabled, and click one of those articles, and after reading it you click back, with TalkBack you are back at the point where you clicked on the article. So swiping right will bring you to the next article in the list. When I also enable brltty, after I click back, focus is somewhere else, more near the top of the screen, which means I have to search for the next article. With kind regards, Henk. _______________________________________________ This message was sent via the BRLTTY mailing list.
