Well, I have to ask. It's like this line in the udev rules:
ENV{SYSTEMD_WANTS}+="brltty@$env{DEVNAME}.service"
is enough to get the service instance running but no longer enough to hold a
lasting dependency. I tried SYSTEMD_REQUIRES, but that doesn't work at all so I
guess that environment variable isn't supported. Maybe you could try it on your
system. If it's the new way then we can support both.
