Hi Jason, Thank you so much! I ran the "sfc /scannow" command, and it didn’t detect any errors or corrupted files. How does the dism command work? I’m not very familiar/comfortable with using Command Prompt/Terminal/Power Shell, my apologies for all the questions. Also, Brltty is no longer working with NVDA over Bluetooth. Wondering if the developers could please chime in with any ideas you may have? I’ve also copied/pasted the log after my signature for your reference. Thank you once again for all your help! Really hoping I can get this worked out real soon! Kind regards, A frustrated Siena. Running BRLTTY. When done, close this window (for example, by using the Alt-Space menu). Have you tried running Windows PowerShell as an administrator, and using the "sfc /scannow" command to check and possibly repair any corrupted system files? If it detects corruption, then you definitely have issues that it may be able to repair. There is also the Windows dism command, but I can't remember the syntax (it's easy to find via your preferred Web search engine). _______________________________________________ This message was sent via the BRLTTY mailing list.
