Hello, I think I finally figured out where my problem comes from: I accidentally enabled the "track-screen-scroll" preference. Disabling it brings back the behaviour I am used to.
What I don't know, though, is whether the current behaviour of the preference is the expected one or whether it has unexpected behaviours which would deserve to be fixed.
