Thank you for this suggestion. BRLTTY still doesn't work on its own
under Windows but NVDA can use it and all is good while running BRLTTY 6.4.

For USB on Windows, the biggest thing that changed was a cleanup of the .inf
files. Perhaps this wasn't done correctly. Are you able to update your 6.5
installation with the .inf files from 6.4, and give that a try, or do you need
a new build with that change?
