There's currently a USB compile issue on the BSDs which I've been putting off 
working on. I'm sure it's resolvable - just need to get to it.

Also, the BSDs don't provide a direct way to read the screen content (that I 
know of, anyway). This being said, brltty now has brltty-term which runs a 
shell within a pty and also runs a brltty process that monitors that same pty.
