I'm Tiago, blind, I live in Brazil, I worked for a few years with Braille printing and today I work with web page accessibility testing... I started at the end of last year (2024) to review the Portuguese braille tables existing in BrlTTY, there are some things that need to be updated according to the official documentation Portuguese braille code and I want to help with that; this work is in progress, as I move forward if I have any questions I would like to count on your help; I think some table will be ready to upload to the repository in a few days. Please, what is the procedure adopted to upload tables to BrlTTY? Do I need to open an Issue on GitHub and then a Pull Request, or just a Pull Request?
