I use it for my daily work. Regarding orca: The braille support needs some tweaks and one big issue is that it does not respond for a second if you use line up or line down on the braille display. This happens because orca switches to flat review mode but waiting a second is a bit anoying. If the flatreview is active orca responds immediately. One more thing missing is coursor routing functionality in orcas braille support in terminals. So currently brltty does a great job replacing it in terminals. In brltty it would be great to handle pc keyboard events in Xorg or Wayland Sessions. I use brltty with braille and speech. Controlling the speech part is currently only possible with braille display not pc keyboard. BR.
