Bracketed Paste has now been implemented. It's defined as a long press of the PASTE binding for many commonly used braille devices, including for Space+x (aka X-Chord) for those which have a braille keyboard.
To avoid unexpected behaviour, the Bracketed Paste Enabled setting has been added to the Input Options submenu. It defaults to No. If Bracketed Paste isn't enabled then you'll hear the "command rejected" tone and will see a message that says "bracketed paste not enabled". If it is enabled then you'll hear the "command done" tune if the long press timeout occurs and a bracketed paste is done. Please give it a try and let us know how we can improve this feature. Also, be sure to let us know if the long press hasn't been defined for your braille device. -- I believe the Bible to be the very Word of God: http://Mielke.cc/bible/ Dave Mielke | 2213 Fox Crescent | WebHome: http://Mielke.cc/ EMail: [email protected] | Ottawa, Ontario | Twitter: @Dave_Mielke Phone: +1 613 726 0014 | Canada K2A 1H7 | http://mielke.cc/xmother.html (Letter from a Feminist ex-Mother) _______________________________________________ This message was sent via the BRLTTY mailing list.
