Brltty, as I'm sure y'all know, uses what it calls "messages" to display temporary text. This is done, for example, for titles like "Preferences Menu" and "Help Screen". It's also done for the output of commands like DESCCHAR and TIME.
It's now possible to copy a message's text, or even just part of its text, to the clipboard.
