Hello Vincent,
Unfortunately, my Brilliant BI 20 isn't identified through Bluetooth
(though it, strangely enough, sees and can pair with the Pixel itself).
Make sure that you have latest firmware, devs from Humanware mentioned
in changelog some fixes related to HID on Android 15:

Android Braille HID
