Brltty, when you're using computer braille, will now honour your Word Wrap
setting within messages. Also, when you're using contrcted braille, its
messages will now be rendered in contracted braille.

By messages, I mean those alerts that briefly appear. This includes titles like
when you're entering the Preferences MeNu, switching to a Help Screen, etc.
Messages are also used for output from commands which is intended to be
short-lived, e.g. from the TIME, DESCCHAR, and LEARN commands.

Until now, only computer braille was used to display messages, and they weren't
word-wrapped. I'd like to know what you people think of these changes. In
particular, I'd also like to know if there's anyone who'd prefer settings to to
be added which'd restore messages to the way they used to be rendered (computer
braille without word-wrapping).
