Correct me, if I am wrong, but IIRC BRLTTY also posts repeatedly to log if it is not unable to connect to a Bluetooth device, if it has been configured to do use a Bluetooth device and a device is not available. This is an issue when using BRLTTY with a smartphone where it is natural not to have the display attached all the time.
