This is exactly why I got myself one. Well you certainly can install BRLTTY since it exists as a regular Android app. How it will behave when run from within the terminal I don'tknow, though. Because it is not clear whether the protocol to talk to the braille display is the same when you are running inside the terminal and when you are talking to it from the outside, if I make any sense here.
