I wrote that far too quickly and got it wrong. For the laptop table, kpSay is Capslock + Shift, and, as you already know, kpAlt is Control and kpThree is the period. All the ASPK_* commands are bound to kpSay+kpAlt. So: ASPK_IS_CHARS is Capslock + Shift + Control + Period. There's an additional update, by the way, to ensure that all punctuation is spoken when spelling.
