There is a new firmware file on official web site but no any documents so
I don't know how to upgrade. contacted with contact but he never reply me.

Again, I'm seeing that the USB connection drops as soon as a routing key is
pressed. I know this used to be a problem with earlier firmware but doesn't
seem to be a problem with newer firmware. Please check if you can upgrade the
firmware of your device to see if it's still a problem.
