Oh, you are right, my bad.

I select text with the routing keys of my braille device and although I choose 
the exact start char, I'm lazy with
the end char if it's the last on a line. Then I just click on a routing key to 
the right (maybe 5, maybe 10 chars after
the last char I want to select). And only then the space is added, regardless 
if the last char was a letter or something else.

If I don't do that and select the correct end char instead, it works as 
intended without an appended space. Although I
could have sworn to my initial observation and I still can't believe its 
wrongness fully, even after 10 tries... that's
at least interesting if nothing else :-).

The non-letter idea then was just a false observation because my lazy approach 
only worked if the rest of the line was
empty and that's the case for a url or the end of a sentence, which 
incidentally ends with / or . ect.

So it seems more than a feature instead of a bug and I just didn't get it!
