Since I only have one directory, could you please tell me which packages are in 
both (/usr/lib and /usr/local/lib)?

I'm think that, maybe, we just need to improve the code either by looking for a 
specific package in the directory or, if that isn't workable, to just exclude 
directories with /local/ in their paths.
