Hi Dave,
I just solved the problems.
It appeared that I replaced a .ttb file by a .ktb file.
That does not work very well.
The funny thing though is that I also did this in the build-tree, a new
and correct overwrite with a make clean a new configure and install did
not help.
I had to remove the build tree, untar it anew and go through the whole
procedure.
But now it works. (SIGH)
