Hi, I'm not developer of BRLTTY, but I tried to compile BRLTTY for
Android on Windows myself in few different ways (cygwin, linux
subsystem), but failed. I raised this question already some weeks ago,
but the response was negative. However I want to point out 2 things in
your question:
1) Eclipse is not supported by Android anymore (for few years already)
and official IDE is now Android Studio, which should be used.
2) There shouldn't be problem with accessing the files from Linux
Subsystem, as you have access to whole disk normally (there is no
virtual storage or anything like that). I was able to almost finish
compiling the project this way, but there were some weird errors at the end.
Best regards,

Dear developers,
I have The dream. Making Eclipse package, which will be preconfigured
so advanced users or developers would be able to compile whole Brltty
for Android source in Windows with no need to use Linux.
It is not simple topic, since there are many various Android Java and
native C Android applications, which can be only compiled while using
Linux, because of scripts to compile .so libraries.
Unfortunately, even Linux subsystem for Windows 10 is not A solution,
since there is no procedure for transferring data between Linux
subsystem and WIndows file system. Sure, somebody can create
virtualbox image.
With Orca preconfigured.
Doessomebody of us knows about Eclipse Windows package, which is
preconfigured to help developers compiling C apps for Android from
Windows?
It would help not only Brltty developers.
