Hi! There is really a problem if you save the preferences after changing e.g. from static to blinking cursor. After doing so, if you restart BRLTTY and go through the menu again, BRLTTY is closed by an error near the bottom of the menu. Also you have to redefine the blink rate. I think the prefs file is not correctly saved under Windows.
