When Jaws braille is asleep (Cygwin or cmd.exe has focus) brltty provides
the alt-tab window; other places Jaws provides it. Brltty's version is
better; I can pan all along the line. With Jaws I get only what will fit on
my display (40 characters). For Jaws, focus does not change until the alt
key is released, so if I'm starting from a Cygwin/cmd window brltty always
displays the alt-tab stuff until I release the alt key.
