I have a script set that might halfway meet your needs. You have to use
PageDown to go to the next page but at least the braille display goes to the
top of the screen automatically when you do so. There's also an embryonic
version that scrolls one line every few seconds if you can stand such (I
can't). Write to me if you want a copy.
