Eee ok I find a page on google as described how to install mandrake but is was mandrake 10

If accessible installation using BRLTTY is important to you, why not choose a distribution that supports it (Ubuntu, Debian, etc.) and proceed from there? There are modified installation disks for Fedora that support BRLTTY as well.
