Hi all,

Starting orca on a Debian system, in conjunction with brltty (rev 3457M
ane the Lx driver), works fine.

On FreeBSD brltty uses the Screen driver say, on a ttyp0 terminal.
starting X leaves brltty on ttyp0: i mean brltty does not detect
that we are in non text mode!
my questions are related to this fact:

Is the Screen driver required to run brltty in X environment?
If no, must i choose the atspi driver for this purpose?

NB. in this case, the linker for AtSpi/screen.c compile returns some errors
complaining about convertWcharToChar and convertChar...
not defined.
AtSpi/screen.c like Hurd/Screen.c includes "charset.h" where these functions
are defined as extern,
of course they are in charset.c.

any help would be appreciated greatly.

Best regards

raoul
