It looks like brltty's Baum driver should be able to support it, is
Brailliant using the PowerBraille, the Baum or the HandyTech protocol?

You can use the precompiled version available on
http://brl.thefreecat.org/brltty/brltty39.zip
and run

brltty -b ba

from brltty/bin/ . However, it is still relatively experimental.
