At least debian installer people still prefer to reduce size in
any reasonable manner.  We don't use --disable-preferences-menu
--disable-table-selection any more since that permits to choose the
table during installation. --disable-contracted-braille is still used
since that saves quite some code, and the way it is currently integrated
chinese is not supported yet.
