This one is self-evident so I haven't bothered to prove it. Gosh
should use the s-h sign.
On the face of it it seems wrong to have definitions for both gosh and
Goshen. However, we also have the word gosherd, a herder of goshawks,
which should not use the s-h sign so I think this arrangement is
necessary.
