No. Long time ago I imagined writing a brlapi multiplexer that would permit to use 3 brltty daemons: one for xw, one for your braille display, the multiplexer connected to these two brlttys via brlapi, and a third brltty using the brlapi braille driver. Problems include different braille display sizes, mixing key events & such, and time to develop it vs number of use cases :) Usually for such demonstrations I just use the gpm highlight feature of brltty.
