(or perhaps even latin1). > > Samuel Hello Samuel even with ISO8859-1 with libiconv undefined, brltty displays garbage (that was my problem on FreeBSD, before finding this point), and this fallback would permit to run brltty even without libiconv (is not this interesting for an installer)?
