Yes. If you're using the latest development code (which, by the way, will be released into production as brltty 4.2 in just a week or two now) then it's really easy. All you need to do is to edit the key table for the Alva BC models (which is /etc/brltty/brl-al-bc.ktb). Having said that, though, SmartPadF3+RoutingKey is already bound to the function which does a linear cut.
