Thanks the ydea.
I replaced temporary my /boot/grub/grub.cfg file Ubuntu 12.10 boot entry
part the "quiet splash" default parameters with "text" parameter.
I succesful booted a console, and in this real text console Brltty works
fine.
Basic operations works right (scrolling the screen, open preferences
menu, etc).
