Not at the mnoment. Screen content from those apps isn't given to Android's
accessibility framework. For example, even though those apps do speak, it isn't
TalkBack that's doing the speaking - it's ChromeVOX doing it directly from
JavaScript.
I use K-9 Mail with TalkBack to read e-Mails. Doesn't this imply that the
information is published via the accessibility framework?
K-9 Mail has some kind of special AccessibleWebView. I believe it comes
down to extracting the text from the HTML and setting it in a text view.
