Dear Mike,
If I remember well, the windows version is a.exe file (not .zip) which
can be downloaded from brltty's website.
I can confirm that it works under windows 7 64 bit with the tsi driver.
I used a navigator display with it.

as the archive I downloaded seems to be compiled for 32-bit systems. It was
brltty50.zip.
Will BRLTTY work on a 64-bit system? I want to use it with NVDA so I can use my
PowerBraille display through a serial port. The NVDA documentation seems to
suggest that brltty needs to be running to do this.
